Virtual Tours

Virtual tours are available here and now on this website; no appointment is necessary. Take a look at the virtual tours we currently have online, and please contact us with any questions.

Self-Guided Tours

DK Riata has partnered with the self-guided touring app tour24, so you can schedule an apartment tour after-hours, during the day, or on the weekends. Tour the property by yourself, on your own time – simply follow these steps.

In-Person Tours

In-person tours are the traditional tour where you schedule a date and time to meet with a leasing agent at the community.
